Honest headphones for mixing

As the titlte says, I'm right now looking for the most accurate and honest headphones for mixing and mastering my tracks. What I want is headphones that will tell me, when my sounds needs EQing and when something sounds off.
So the use of these headphones are completely for studio use and nothing else.

The ones that I have read the best things about in my price range (300-500$) is these:

Do you know anything about these headphones or have suggetions for some other, please let me know!

for that price you can get some sennheiser hd 25 mark2s for 242 dollars :/
