CLAUDIA CAZACU (ARMADA)
Born in Romania Claudia moved to the UK in 1998 and immediately fell in love with the capitals club scene. In 2006 Claudia realised dance music was her path and set about creating a career behind the decks.

Today Claudia boasts an impressive discography with massive releases on the Spinnin and Armada group labels. Her studio work has received support from the worlds biggest DJs as well as being featured heavily on compilation releases.

Claudia runs her own record label ‘Couture’, currently on it’s 60th release and produces the ‘Haute Couture’ radio show monthly which is aired on 14 stations worldwide.

UK Clubbing bible ‘Mixmag’ have twice featured Claudia making her ‘Tune Of The Month’ in October 2008.

Claudia has recently provided mixes for Ministry Of Sound’s Trance Euphoria and Armada’s ‘Worldwide Trance Sound’ compilation brands.

GARETH WESTON (ARIA KNIGHTS, VIBRATE SOUNDS)
Gareth started DJ’ing about 10 years ago after becoming obsessed with trance, and harder styles of music. His main influences then were Scot Project, Yoji Biomehanika and Uberdruck.

He then started learning music production soon after that but it was never something he really dedicated himself to, and he concentrated on his DJ’ing. As Dj’ing became more accessible to everyone, he felt producing was a better way to stand out from the crowd. He then threw himself into the studio and with help and determination began to form his sound. Labels like Aria Knights and Digitized Recordings saw this and it was long before he was topping the charts and been played by every major DJ going. His collaboration with Darren Porter ‘The Tesla Effect’ was a major hit in the summer of 2012 and was picked by John O’Callaghan for his Subculture Selection on Armada.

With a lot more massive tracks and remixes lined up plus a DJ residency for Newcastle night ‘Native’, the future is very bright for this man.

ROBBIE VAN DOE (DISCOVER, MENTAL ASYLUM, NU DEPTH RECORDINGS )
Discovers latest addition Robbie Van Doe has burst into the scene with his mind set on producing hard honest trance which packs a punch and he's certainly delivering.

Robbie's unique style trance has supplied the biggest DJ's such as Armin Van Buuren, Indecent Noise, John Askew, Aly & Fila and plenty more high flyers with enough ammunition to fire at the crowds to keep the clubs raging.

Robbie's future is looking bright and we have more to look forward to in the coming years. Heavily featured on two renowned, quality labels, Discover Records & Nu-depth, his releases have a certain trend embedded in them; Colossal energy, prodigious melodies and evil acid hooks; Three important factors of modern era Trance. With a consistent flow of releases, Robbie has maintained his standards, delivering tracks of a standard so high enough, that Discover simply cannot say no.

Each release has surpassed the previous release and as a result, we can look forward to Robbie's debut release on Indecent Noise's fierce label Mental Asylum this year.
You don't need to watch out for Robbie in the future. He's here now, he'll be here in the future and rest assured, he will continue to make his stamp.

Tevo Howard LIVE (Rush Hour, Buzzin' Fly - Chicago)
34th Street John (TBA Brooklyn)

I started to DJ at roughly thirteen or fourteen years old, putting us back to about 1987. After a knee injury in a skateboard accident (I wiped out) in 1987, I found myself sitting at home, bored, and with little interests other than skateboarding and music. With skateboarding out of the picture, I could only gather to mess around with the turntables that sat in the room my brothers and I all shared. I remember thinking that being a DJ was a hobby that wasn’t either illegal, or dangerous, and that it would be fun to DJ my own music as opposed to my brother’s music. I walked down to Gramaphone Records, which was about 10 blocks away, and bought one record. I had no idea what was about to happen.

Needless to say, it became an addiction. At 14 I had the goal of one crate. My brother had already collected ten crates, and I was determined. I found myself at Gramaphone and Wax Trax picking up current day gems with my lunch money. It became one record a day. I am grateful to have Grown up in the Chicago record scene, because it provided a medium to apply my curious mind as a young musician.

Musicianship has always been something I’ve loved, or that is, I’ve been truly in love with instrumentation since the violin at age 7. Instrumentation, in fact, has never left my life. Today, my instrument is the bass guitar, because it is the instrument that I am most skilled at playing.

Although, I studied a total of ten years in college, only three and a half of those years were in music. Just out of high school in 1992, I studied at Columbia College in Chicago with the intention of getting a Bachelors in music, bass guitar studies. I usually don’t consider the year and a half that I studied at Columbia for two main reasons: first, I was just out of high school and, in my opinion, very uneducated about, even, the mere etiquette of college life (at the time Chicago educational facilities had been considered the worst circuit in the United States); and second, looking back I did not believe in Columbia’s teaching philosophies.

I transfered to the City Colleges of Chicago in 1994. It was then that I met two good teachers that taught based on two concepts: First, if you jump in, you’ll probably learn to swim; and second, if you try hard, you’ll probably swim well. Michael Holian, the dean of music at the time, informed me after my first couple of classes that I would be playing contra-bass (Upright Bass) in the college orchestra. Those were my favorite days as a student.

I took a break from all music application from 1997 through 2004. Circa 2004 and 2005, I entered Law School, and as well began to DJ on the turntables that I had never sold (They were then almost 20 years old). As I studied an array of subjects and pursued several degees before my full return to music (this includes a B.A. in International Studies at DePaul University), I found myself one day in 2006, headed to class to get the rest of my M.A. in Writing at DePaul, and yet, unable to get out of my car. I remember reaching for the latch several times, but ultimately deeming that I did not believe in the teaching philosophy of Depaul’s M.A. in Writing program. So, I started the car again, and went home. It was that day that I began to build my studio, Beautiful Granville Studios.”

Deep inside, I know well that I am only at the beginning of my career.
For nearly two decades his music has reached coast to coast, while his performances continue to deliver a unique sentiment. His latest shows have been billed amongst some of the largest names in the industry as he has blossomed from and underground rave DJ in nineties to playing festivals boasting an attendance of over 13,000 people.

After fall of 2009 his popularity in the rave, dubstep & electro scenes skyrockets and fans have been following with loyalty ever since. During this time span he completed over 100 shows and was offered to perform several large festivals including Starscape and Big Dub Festival.

NOOMI RA
(Digital Distortion)

New York City Based Producer/DJ Noomi Ra was born in Frankfurt, Germany. Traveling often at a young age; he grew up in Frankfurt, London, Dubai & everywhere in between until he landed in New York. During his journey he was exposed to many cultures and all sorts of music, however it was electric dance music that caught his ear. In 2008 he started experimenting with DJing and played his first gig on September 27, 2010. Since then it's been a roller coaster ride playing at some of NYC's biggest clubs & warehouses such as Pacha, Governors Island, The Hangar, Amazura & Electric Warehouse. Since then his name has been on line ups with some of the biggest names the EDM world has to offer such as Showtek, Afrojack, Skrillex, Fatboy Slim, Ken Loi, James Zabiela, Headhunterz and Eco. In 2012 his mind was focused on production, working on progressive sounds with a techy flow - as he likes to call it, "Progressive Tech Trouse". His highly anticipated EP "Bass Couture" will be released early 2013. You can catch Noomi Ra playing at Ultra Music Festival 2013 in Miami, gracing the same stage as legends Wally Lopez and Marco Bailey.

DR VOODOO

Notoriety and credit is superfluous after nearly two decades as an underground artist, DJ, an awarded music producer, international electronic music events coordinator, enthusiast, radio personality, political activist, globally known by his popular international music performances as Doctor Voodoo or "A Complex State."

Early on, the artist was nicknamed by his peers because of his Afro-Caribbean religious beliefs and cultural infusions from his adolescence living in the melting pot of America, later his anonymous nickname was used to promote the underground subculture activities in the rave music movement beginning in the early 1990's. Warehouses, Industrial areas and abandoned buildings were often used on weekends and invaded with massive sound systems, stage structures, pulsing lights, bright decorations and thousands of rave music enthusiasts who would gather to listen to the heart thumping electronic music non-stop from sunset to sunrise where DJ's would mix electronic dance music uninterrupted droning for numerous hours, often for a free admission or a small fee to protest the mainstream markets of commercial music and this spread across the U.S and throughout Europe. The true origins of the rave culture are unknown but several sources say it came from the earlier electronic music movements of the disco era starting in the late 1970's and grew from multiple locations. Many foundations of this culture came together to form what we know as modern day rave culture."

DJ SYNCERE

One of NYC's Hottest up and coming Hardstyle Performers. DJ SYNCERE has over a decade on the decks and is continuing to rise to the top of his game.

DJ SYNCERE was born in New York City, raised in The Bronx, and was introduced to the club scene at the tender age of 13. He got his first taste of EDM as soon as he stepped into the world famous nightclub, Limelight. The vibe of over 700+ club kids combined with electronic music changed this young man FOREVER. From then on, he was addicted to electronic music and has been in and out of clubs, raves, weekly parties, and just about ANY party you can attend to hear pounding, hard bass in NYC, ranging from Drum-n-Bass to Gabber.

Though a late bloomer to play live, he debuted at the largest Hardcore EDM event, 666 MASSIVE. Since then, he has graced the many stages of RAGE-sponsored events and has taken the NYC rave scene by storm. DJ SYNCERE has kept it underground for the duration of his rising career, premiering at almost every OUTLAW rave NYC has had to offer in the past three years. He was considered 2011’s top Hardstyle act in NYC and has induced outbreaks of manic dancing wherever he has performed.

His specialty is Hard Trance and Hardstyle but he hopes to evolve as a DJ and as an artist so he can spin along side some of the greatest DJs to emerge out of NYC

DJ SYNCERE is a music mix-master and an underground tour de force. You will not see him coming but YOU'LL KNOW WHEN HE ARRIVES.

Greg's Bio
Greg began DJing in 1975 and is regarded as one of the most important figures on the UK dance scene. He enjoyed hugely popular residencies in the early eighties at Wigan Pier and Manchester's majorly influential Legend, having originally started out in his home town of New Brighton. He was a pioneer of mixing in the UK and in 1983 he became the first ‘dance music’ specialist hired for a regular weekly session at Manchester's now legendary Hacienda club. Greg was instrumental in breaking the new electronic, post-disco records coming out of New York, a sound he has dubbed ‘Electro-Funk’.

In 2003 he set up his own website electrofunkroots to document this crucial era in the evolution of dance culture and, having retired from DJ work at the end of 1983, Greg returned to spinning tunes two decades later, receiving plaudits for his red-hot appearances at renowned nights including Electric Chair, Horse Meat Disco, Fabric, Back To Basics, Ministry Of Sound, Asylum, Melting Pot and the Sub Club, to name but a few. Before long he was picking up an ever increasing amount of bookings throughout Europe and, subsequently, worldwide.

In 2005 Tirk Records released ‘Credit to the Edit’, a compilation of re-edits spanning Greg's entire career, some even original tape edits from way back when (Greg still uses his trusty old Revox B77 reel-to-reel tape machine when DJing out). This wasn't his first compilation either, having collaborated on most of the tracks to appear on the Street Sounds ‘UK Electro’ LP in 1984, as well as being the selector behind the ‘Classic Electro Mastercuts’ LP in 1994.

Other firsts for Greg include being the first DJ to mix live on British TV (The Tube in 1983), putting together the first UK radio mixes of their type for Piccadilly 261 in Manchester (beginning 1982) and showing a certain Norman Cook, then a young aspiring DJ called Quentin, how to scratch (Dec ’83). Greg has written for magazines / webzines like Wax Poetics, Clash, Grand Slam and Discopia.

2008 saw Greg go truly global, embarking on an end of year tour that literally took him right around the world, with dates in Japan, Australia and Brazil, following-on from a series of gigs in the US (a return to New York and his San Francisco and LA debuts). Now a firm favourite on the festival circuit in both the UK and Europe, he also played Ibiza for the first time in the summer of 08, including a terrace appearance at the famous We Love Sundays session at Space.

Nominated by DJ magazine for outstanding contribution, and also named amongst their top twenty remixers of all-time, Greg’s edits and mixes continue to feature on the playlists of DJ’s in every continent. During recent times his remix credits have included Grace Jones, The XX, Groove Armada, Bryan Ferry and Simian Mobile Disco, whilst he’s edited tracks by A Guy Called Gerald, Talking Heads, Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark, Electronic, Imagination and Missy Elliot, to name a few.

In January 2009 Greg’s reputation was further enhanced when his Essential Mix on BBC Radio 1 became something of an instant classic, receiving almost universal acclaim and, in the process, providing the perfect way to commemorate the 5th anniversary of a remarkable renaissance.

Credit To The Edit Volume 2 was released in November 2009. With tour dates throughout the following months, in the UK, Europe, Japan, Australia and the US, to promote the release.

In April 2010, as part of their Essential Mix 500 special, Radio 1 selected Greg’s Essential Mix as one of 10 classics that spanned the show’s near 17 year history.

Greg’s Blog, ‘Being A DJ’, was launched in June 2010. He describes it as “not a DJ blog as such, but more a blog by someone who happens to be a DJ”. The blog is now well established, with over 200 posts published and half a million people visiting the site to date, with many of Greg’s pieces on various aspects of club culture gaining critical acclaim. He’s also highly active on SoundCloud, where his mixes, edits and podcasts passed the million play mark back in September 2012.

In August 2010 he co-curated (with Jack Hemingway) the Warehouse and Roller Disco areas at the inaugural Vintage Festival at Goodwood, which proved to be an overwhelming success, being named 'Best New Festival' at the UK Festival Awards (Greg also being nominated in the 'Best Feel Good Act Of The Summer' category). The following year he and Jack curated the Warehouse and Style Studio areas as Vintage was hosted at London’s Southbank.

Greg has produced a series of documentative podcasts, Time Capsule, Random Influences and Early 80’s Floorfillers, as well as the long-running blog series, Living To Music, where people are encouraged to listen to a monthly album selection in their home environment. This has served to influence other related events, Colleen Murphy’s successful Classic Album Sundays audiophile experience included.

In 2013 he launched his Schooled In The Classics label.

BUTCH aka Bülent Gürler
Brute name, versatile sound: Over 100 releases in 5 years have enabled BUTCH to express this versatility and brute-fully force his way to becoming a shaping artist in the worldwide landscape of electronic music. Honestly this success comes as no surprise, anyone who manages to release on the labels of artists such as Ricard Villalobos (Sei es Drum), Sven Väth (Cocoon) and Radioslave (Rekids) within a year and gets voted “producer of the year” (2010 & 2011) by the GROOVE magazine readers for two consecutive years, has doubtlessly worked his way up to the small circle of artists, which pack the most renowned clubs and festivals as headliners.
